Project Manager (Vaccines)
Job Description:
1) Lead cross-functional project teams and responsible for supporting product development.
2) Developing project schedules and drawing detailed activity planning and effective execution.
3) Ensure project priorities & decisions are communicated & are consistent between teams.
4) Day-to-day progress monitoring and ensuring that work flows as per the schedules.
5) Budget preparation.
6) Determine potential areas of difficulties & prepare back-up strategies & subcontractors.
7) Supporting execution & completion of projects thru effective resource allocation.
8) Establishing & managing key technology partnerships (academics, consultants & collaborators).
Candidate Profile:
1) Post Graduate in life sciences and Ph.D., in life sciences is desirable with experience in vaccines.
2) Working knowledge of regulation and registration of healthcare, pharmaceutical and biological products.
3) High level of initiative, inquisitive and conflict resolution skills.
4) A team player, should be proactive in acting and thinking.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
