R&D Scientist
Job Description
R&D Scientist will be required to devise a general plan and detailed experimental approach for new product development. He / She will be responsible for all aspects of design phase of development through product transfer into manufacturing.
1. Plan and coordinate design and development plans2. Fabricate prototypes of new products3. Test and investigate new technologies and improve on existing processes4. Prepare experimental protocols and reports in response to development needs5. Ensure the completion of all product development activities in accordance with design controls6. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels7. Lead research and provide scientific support to new areas of process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
Desired Profile
1. 1-2 years experience in product development
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results with multiple complex projects3. Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of organization4. Strong interpersonal relationship management skills5. Demonstrated record of development accomplishments6. Must have strong computer software skills
