    question no 72 and 140 of booklet code B, life science is wrong. it should be option 2 for Q. no72 and 4 for Q.no 140

    Problem in answer of question 2 of booklet A. the one with asking price of diamond crystal. The answer should be 10 but CSIR marked it 25 and question 8 the one with 100 verbs. Does any one have explanation for that.

    Q no.8: Total No.of verbs = 100
    Condition- (i)No. of verbs in two sentences should not be equal
    (ii)Each sentence contain atleast one verb.
    Therefore, First sentence contains 1 verb, second sentence contains 2 verbs and so on.
    That is, 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+22 verbs in 13 sentences respectively.

    Q no.2: Price per carat of 1 carat weight diamond is Rs 4.
    Price per carat of 2 carat weight diamond is Rs 8, therefore price of 2 carat weight diamond is 2 x 8= 16
    Similarly, price per carat of 2.5 carat weight diamond is Rs 10, therefore price of 2.5 carat weight diamond is 2.5 x 10 = 25

    On Q2. carat question you have solve....

    you didnt show the complete table, if you consider the complete table, one will see that 1 carat = 4 lakh, 2 carat = 8 lakh, 3 carat = 12 lakh and 4 carat = 16lakh,

    according to your calculation,
    2.5 carat cost 25 lakh,
    just think logically how come a 2.5 carat diamond is costlier than a 3 carat or a 4 carat diamond...

    Please check the answers of Q.2, Q.18 and Q.106 of booklet C, I 've doubt in the answers released by CSIR..
